I have a horror lurking in my fish tank in the shape of an obese fantil goldfish!!
For over a year now she has been the top-dog (err...goldfish) in my tank!! Bossy with megga attitude, and ALWAYS the first at the top at feedingtime with her huge gaping mouth open like a hungry baby bird! She eats ANYTHING.........peas, bread, mellon, oranges, grapes and today, 2 tank fellows who were mino's!!! I am so mad I feel like putting her in a bucket and starving her for a few days (but I wont)...Oh her name is Hermionie (from Harry Potter, all my fish are called after characters from Harry Potter) and she actually ate Malfoy and Goyal!! My third Mino called Crabbe has some how survived this Mino macacre by his own stealth and when I realised what was going on I hastily rescued him and he is now swimming about happily in a large plastic jug on my coffee table!
Now what should I do with a "Mino Murdering Psycho Goldfish" ??
Emmm....I could think of lots of horrid things at the moment...but if I am honest here she has far out-grown my modest size aquarium and the chances are I will have to return her to Pets-at-home if she shows any further agression towards my other fish! I have 2 black google eye fantails called Voldie and Bella, a smalled silver fantail called Albus, and two small rainbow fighting fish called Percey and Cedric! Actually since this horror started Voldie seems to be very angrey with Hermionie and has been chasing her all over the tank as if to punish her for what she has done!
In other news, I have managed my first spin on the pole today!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a kind of clumsey, shaking firemans swing where I clung onto the pole for dear life during two spins using feet (bare) thighs and hands! I have joined "PoleJunkies" forum for some help and advice and they seem lovely and friendly over there! Oh and I have downloaded "Doctor int the Tardis" by the Timelords (aka KLF) to pole dance too!
Also Sirius had an inpromptue bath today after I took him for his afternoon walk, where has had a nasty case of *runny bottom* and manged to get his tail and back legs covered in poo!!! Goodness knows what he has been eating?? I have not chanced his diet and he has "Butchers" specials as well as othet tit bits, bones and chews etc. I do know that my homemade chilli gives him runny bum (and me too LOL!!) but he has not had any of this for days. Nearly every evening he shares his supper with me, and last night I just has a small portion of Cauliflower cheese which he finished off, but he has had this before and not been ill....I scrubbed him for half an hour in my shower and he is back to his usually fluffy self now! *woof!!!*
Its been a weird day......
But I am a weird (or is it wired) woman!
